The International Committee on Taxonomy of viruses, named New Corona virus in 2020, is not only a major challenge to human health, but also an opportunity to expand human understanding of scientific rationality. The 2021 International Visual Design Exhibition “Scientific Anti-epidemic”, jointly sponsored by the Academy of Fine Arts of Northwest normal University, the Museum of Northwest Normal University, and the China-Europe International Association of Design and Culture, aims to explore the visual thinking of scientific and rational epidemic prevention through creative design, so as to provide visual art power for regional and global anti-epidemic.
